Thai Words of Movement

Coming and going in Thai
Movement verbs are the backbone of describing what you are doing, and Thai pairs them up neatly. This short teaches bpai (ไป) to go and maa (มา) to come, kao (เข้า) to enter and ok (ออก) to go out, keun (ขึ้น) to get on and long (ลง) to get off, plus paan (ผ่าน) through and kaam (ข้าม) to cross.
You will use these constantly in Phuket, from hopping on a songthaew to crossing a busy road. Learning them in opposite pairs makes them easy to remember.
These little verbs power a huge number of everyday sentences. This short Thai reel lays out the words of movement so you can describe coming, going and everything in between.
