Mad Wheelies Longest Wheelie Night, Chalong, Phuket 2026

31 Jul 2026 Tank & Throttle Restaurant & Bar, Chalong, Phuket Riding sessions from ฿800 (15 min); spectators welcome

Phuket's first Longest Wheelie Night

Mad Wheelies Phuket, described as Thailand's first premium wheelie experience attraction, is throwing a Longest Wheelie Night at its home inside Tank & Throttle in Chalong. Across one evening, riders take turns on the school's real Kawasaki Z650 bikes to see who can hold the longest wheelie, with hourly prizes and a grand prize for the longest single wheelie of the night. It is billed as one night, one wheelie, one champion, and the whole thing runs in a friendly, social, controlled setting rather than out on the street.

The event happens on Friday 31 July 2026, from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Spaces are limited and booking ahead is essential. You can book online at madwheeliesthailand.com, through the Mad Wheelies TidyCal booking page, or by phone, WhatsApp or LINE on 083 116 3160.

How the night works

Riding is done in structured 15-minute sessions on the venue's controlled training area, with professional instructors on hand and safety gear provided. No previous experience is needed, which is the whole point of Mad Wheelies: it teaches control, balance and confidence from the ground up rather than assuming you can already ride. Complete beginners start with a clutch-control session and work up through the levels, while more confident riders can go straight for distance. A photo and video package is also available, so you can take home footage of your best attempt.

There are two ways to win. Every hour, the rider with the longest wheelie of that hour takes home a free Mad Wheelies T-shirt and key ring. Then, at the end of the night, the rider with the longest wheelie of the entire event wins the grand prize: a free Mad Wheelies session to come back and do it all again.

What it costs

Entry to the wheelie sessions is priced by level. Clutch control for first-timers is around 800 baht, the three skill levels (control, balance and confidence) are around 1,200 baht each, a couples challenge is around 2,300 baht, and the full experience covering all three levels is around 3,300 baht. Prices are set by Mad Wheelies and are worth confirming at the time of booking. If you would rather just watch, bring your friends along to cheer the riders on. There is an on-site restaurant and bar at Tank & Throttle for food and drinks through the evening.

Good to know

This is a stunt-riding event run in a controlled environment by a licensed experience operator, which is very different from the illegal street wheelies that have made the news in Phuket. Book early because slots sell out, wear comfortable clothing, and let the instructors guide you: the longest wheelies come from smooth throttle and clutch control, not from bravado.
