Overview

The Play Waterpark at Nakhon Non Len Hotel (โรงแรม นคร นอน เล่น) is a small, shallow water park inside a budget hotel in the middle of Nakhon Si Thammarat city. The hotel describes itself as the only hotel in the city centre with its own water park, and day visitors can pay to use it without staying. The Play Waterpark day pass costs 140 THB per person at the standard rate, with unlimited time, and the hotel regularly runs cheaper school holiday promotions (it charged 120 THB through June 2026).

Everything here is designed for young children. The pool is only about 60 cm deep, and the play area is filled with mushroom fountains, small slides, a dolphin slide, splash arches and a climbing frame with a big yellow slide, all under bunting and shade sails. Parents can sit at the tables along the pool edge while the kids play.

What The Play Waterpark Day Pass Includes

From the hotel's official Facebook posts in 2026:

  • Water park entry: 140 THB per person (standard price stated by the hotel in June 2026).
  • Promotions: the hotel runs periodic discounts, for example 120 THB per person for the whole of June 2026. In late September 2026 it posted that water park promotions were still available, without giving the figure, so ask for the current offer when you contact them.
  • Unlimited play time during opening hours.

The ticket covers the water play area. Food and drinks are sold separately on site.

The Pool and Facilities

According to the hotel:

  • A shallow pool around 60 cm deep, aimed at small children
  • Slides, mushroom fountains and splash features throughout the pool
  • Food and drinks service by the pool
  • Hotel rooms, including rooms that open directly onto the water park

Standard rooms start from 500 THB a night and water park view rooms from 990 THB a night, according to the hotel, so some families stay over and let the children swim again the next morning.

Who It Suits

This is a neighbourhood splash park rather than a full-scale water park, so set expectations accordingly. It is ideal for parents with toddlers and children up to about primary school age, who can play safely in water that only reaches their waist or knees. Older children and teenagers who want tall, fast slides will find more at Thung Song Water Park or Natural Beach Water Park elsewhere in the province. For visitors exploring Nakhon Si Thammarat's temples, museums and markets in the heat of the day, a couple of hours here gives children a break in between sightseeing stops, and the late Saturday closing time makes it possible to swim in the cooler early evening as well.

Opening Hours

The hotel's most recent posted hours (September 2026) are:

  • Sunday to Friday: 10:00 to 19:00
  • Saturday: 10:00 to 20:00

Hours can change during holidays, so check the Facebook page or call before you go.

Location and Getting There

Nakhon Non Len is at 29/2 Phatthanakan Khukhwang Road, in Nai Mueang subdistrict in central Nakhon Si Thammarat. The hotel says it is close to Wat Phra Mahathat Woramahawihan, the city's famous royal temple, as well as a Lotus's supermarket and plenty of restaurants. The hotel's own directions describe it as roughly opposite the Saeng Chan distillery. Nakhon Si Thammarat airport and the railway station are both a short taxi ride away, which makes the water park an easy add-on to a temple visit or a city stopover.

Good to Know

  • The pool is shallow and suited to toddlers and young children rather than adults looking to swim laps.
  • Outside the June 2026 promotion, the hotel stated the normal price as 140 THB. Ask about current deals when you book or arrive.
  • Phone 099 612 6999, or message the hotel through LINE or its Facebook page.
  • The hotel tags its water park posts as The Play Waterpark, which is also the name used on Google Maps.

For families staying in or passing through Nakhon Si Thammarat city, The Play Waterpark day pass is an inexpensive way to give small children a few hours of water play right in town, minutes from the main temple.
