Overview

TrangVilla Hotel and Water Park (also written Trang Villa) is a family water park and hotel in Ban Na subdistrict, Palian district, in the south of Trang province, and a TrangVilla water park day pass is one of the simplest and cheapest ways to keep children busy on a hot day on the Trang mainland. The venue describes itself as the largest water park in Trang, and it combines outdoor pools and slides with guest rooms, a halal restaurant and function space for weddings, school trips and company events.

The property sits inland, south of Trang city and well away from the beaches of Pak Meng and Hat Chao Mai, which makes it a useful option for local families and for travellers looking for something different to do on a rainy-season afternoon or a break between island trips. It is around a 35 minute drive from Trang Airport.

What the Day Pass Includes

According to TrangVilla's official TikTok account (post of 27 May 2026), a full-day water park ticket costs 180 baht. The ticket lets you play in the water park all day, and life jackets are provided free of charge. Two groups enter free: children shorter than 70 centimetres, and seniors aged 60 and over.

The water park opens every day from 09:00 to 18:00, with no closing day, so a 180 baht ticket can cover a full nine hours by the pools. The same post encourages families to come and cool off together, and the venue's other posts highlight separate pools for children and adults, so younger kids have shallower areas to splash in while older children and adults use the bigger pools and slides.

Facilities

The water park has several outdoor pools set among palm trees and gardens, with a choice of slides and play structures. The venue's own photographs show:

  • A children's splash pool with a colourful play structure, small slides and fountains
  • A large free-form main pool with multi-lane slides and a tall slide tower
  • Shallow areas where younger children can paddle safely
  • Shaded seating and pavilions around the pools

Beyond the water park, TrangVilla is a hotel with a range of room types for families, groups and larger parties, including a large room overlooking the water park that sleeps up to 10 people. The on-site restaurant serves halal food, which the venue promotes for breakfast and dinner, and the property offers meeting rooms, a wedding and party venue, event space and packages for student field trips, with capacity for up to 500 people.

Location and Getting There

The address is 404 Ban Na, Palian District, Trang 92140, Thailand. The water park lies in the countryside south of Trang city. It is easiest to reach by car, hired scooter or taxi, as there is no direct public transport to the gate. The drive from Trang Airport takes roughly 35 minutes.

Nearby attractions in Palian include the Kuan Sra saline hot spring, which makes an easy add-on for a full day out in southern Trang.

Good to Know

  • The 180 baht ticket price comes from the venue's official TikTok post of May 2026. Prices can change during holidays or for group bookings, so check with the venue through its official Facebook page or TikTok before visiting.
  • Children under 70 cm tall and seniors aged 60 and over enter free. Other visitors pay the standard ticket price, so check with the venue whether non-swimming adults also need a ticket.
  • Life jackets are provided free with the ticket.
  • The pools are open-air and surrounded by trees, so expect some leaves in the water and bring sunscreen, hats and water bottles.
  • The restaurant serves halal food. Ask at the venue whether outside food is allowed.
  • Room bookings, group trips and event enquiries are handled through the official Facebook page inbox.

Is a TrangVilla Water Park Day Pass Worth It?

At 180 baht for a full day with free life jackets, a TrangVilla water park day pass is very good value, especially for families with young children who enter free under 70 cm. It is a casual, local water park rather than a polished international theme park, and that is reflected in the price. For a relaxed day of slides and splashing on the Trang mainland, it is hard to beat, and staying overnight in a room overlooking the pools turns it into an easy family weekend.
