Andamanda Phuket is one of Thailand's largest water parks, set on a roughly 100,000 square metre site in Kathu on the island of Phuket. The park is themed around Andaman Sea mythology and Thai heritage, with its own story built around the guardian Great Nagon and characters drawn from Thai culture. Guests move through five immersive themed zones, Pearl Palace, Coral World, The Great Andaman Bay, Emerald Forest and The Naga Jungle, each with its own look, attractions and dining. It is a full-day destination aimed at families, couples and thrill seekers alike, combining big wave action, high-speed slides, gentle floating and dedicated children's play areas in one place.

Pearl Palace is the arrival and gateway building, housing ticketing, a large retail store, a photo kiosk, more than 1,100 lockers, shower rooms and restrooms, so it is the natural starting and finishing point of a visit.

Tickets and Day Passes

Andamanda Phuket sells day passes priced by height and age. The standard adult ticket is the Adventure Explorer at ฿1,800 for guests 122 cm and taller. Children between 91 cm and 121 cm buy the Mini Explorer pass at ฿1,200, and children under 91 cm enter free. The Senior Explorer pass, also ฿1,200, applies to guests aged 60 and over. A single day pass includes access to all five themed zones and the park's slides, wave pool, lazy river and kids areas.

For frequent visitors the park offers two unlimited passes: the Batik Pass gives 90 days of unlimited entry for ฿4,799 per person, and the Nagon Pass gives a full 365 days of unlimited entry for ฿7,199 per person, with a 15 percent discount for friends and family. Lockers and towels are add-ons at ฿200 each when booked online (฿250 walk-in). Private cabanas are also available, with Wave and Emerald cabanas at ฿2,500 per day for up to four people and a Water Villa at ฿10,000 per day for up to fifteen; cabanas are an add-on and do not include park entry. There is no published Thai-resident versus tourist price distinction on the official site, so all published rates apply to everyone. The Water Park and Attractions

The centrepiece of Andamanda Phuket is The Great Andaman Bay, a huge wave pool built to feel like the open sea, complete with a broad beach-style entry. For gentle floating, Rolling Ripples is the park's lazy river, ideal for drifting between the more energetic rides. Thrill seekers head for the Emerald Forest and Naga Jungle zones, which hold most of the fast slides and multi-person raft rides, including Rock N Rafts and Flight of the Kinnarees.

Surfers of all levels can try the FlowRider, a stationary sheet wave where the park provides bodyboards, while stand-up riders can bring an approved flow board and pass a test. Families with younger children have several dedicated spaces: Wonder Waterland is aimed at the smallest guests with interactive jellyfish swings, the Mr. Krab waterslide and oversized animals that squirt and splash, and Little Reef adds more gentle water play. Atoll Adventures is a three-storey interactive play structure with eight slides and more than 300 hands-on water features, topped by a giant bucket that tips 500 gallons of water on the crowd below every few minutes.

Dining is spread across the park. The Village recreates a Thai market with local Thai and Western dishes, Shipwreck Cove at The Great Andaman Bay serves international food, and the Coral World zone offers snacks and treats. There are swim-up options at the Wave Bar and Sand Bar, grilled seafood and BBQ at Tropical Beach, plus ice cream and Thai sweet treats around the park.

Location and Getting There

Andamanda Phuket sits at 333/3 Moo 1, Tambon Kathu, Amphur Kathu, Phuket 83120, in the Kathu district roughly between Patong Beach and Phuket Town, close to the Central Phuket shopping complex. From Patong Beach it is a short drive over the hill, and it is also easily reached from Phuket Town, Kata and Karon. Phuket International Airport is around 30 to 40 minutes away by road to the north. Most visitors arrive by taxi, ride-hailing app, hotel transfer or private car, and there is on-site parking at the park.

Good to Know

Bring appropriate swimwear, as the park enforces a swim-attire policy: bikinis, swimsuits, board shorts, bodysuits, rash-guard T-shirts, hijabs, goggles, water shoes and waterproof swim diapers are allowed, while items such as regular diapers, underwear, jeans, skirts, clothing with buttons or zippers, and outside food and drinks are not. Lockers can be rented on site or added when booking, and the park advises it is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Each slide has its own minimum and maximum height and weight limits, so check the rules at each ride, especially for children. Opening hours are 10:00 to 18:00 for the main Park Zone and 10:00 to 19:00 for the Emerald Forest zone.
